UGI Utilities is expanding its customer outreach to a new event aimed at providing housing and utility assistance, and other community services, all in one place. The Utility Wellness and Housing Fair is a free event for Allentown residents. Details include:

Time: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Location: Bucky Boyle Park Community Room, 10 Pump Place, Allentown, PA 18102
Along with UGI, other participating organizations include Allentown’s Office of Community Housing, Allentown Works, the Lehigh County Authority, Community Action Lehigh Valley, and PPL.
UGI representatives will be available to provide information on Customer Assistance Programs that may help customers better manage their bills. Those interested should bring the following information:
UGI Bill or UGI Account Number
Proof of Identification
Proof of Income and Income Sources for All Members of the Household
List of Monthly Expenses (utility bills, rent/mortgage, etc.)
“As we prepare for heating season, UGI wants to make sure our customers are aware of assistance programs they may quality for,” says Dan Adamo, UGI’s Vice President of Customer Relations. “If they are struggling to pay their utility bill, we may be able to help.”
